“I know someone I’d like you to meet”, her Aunt suggested. In fact she tried for a whole year! Jessica wasn’t interested and thought nothing more. A year past and after many attempts by her Aunt, Jessica’s Mom introduced Brandon to her. He was ‘cutting’ the grass and yes, stayed around. They met, finally! It wasn’t until a practical joke did they feel sparks for each other. Jessica’s truck was ‘cheesed’ and to make matters worst, it was in the muffler! She went to have it removed and Brandon was there. They ended up spending the rest of the day together riding their ATVs in the mountains. They knew then… they can spend the rest of their lives together : )
A little over a year later while vacationing in Panama City Beach, Florida Brandon brought something extra special with him. He thought it was time (he had the ring for 3 months!). On a warm, breezy night he said to Jessica, ” Let’s stroll the beach.” It was a beautiful night to watch the stars. He asked Jessica to help him up but when she got up, he was on one knee.. Saying words that would forever change their lives. This summer, they plan to marry and this time they wouldn’t need any nudging : )
Jessica & Brandon have been engaged since 2007. After a brief scare this past winter, they knew they LOVED each other more than ever. They knew it was time..
