The moment I met Whitney and Michael.. I knew they were perfect for each other. They had eyes only for one another. Their LOVE, so pure and exclusive, so beautiful and heart warming. Yes, I can feel it! They found each other at work a couple of years ago when Whitney was working as a pharmacy technician and Michael a relief pharmacist. From that fateful day they were hooked. Maybe it was the hot Challenger Michael had at that time, maybe it was his quiet demeaner, or maybe because he asked if she wanted to drive it?! She didn’t hesitate or waste any time and said, “I’d like a RIDE in it”. That ride ended being over 3 hours! They hit it off immediately and talked for hours! The turning moment was the weekend Michael invited Whitney to a Cincinnati Reds game. Michael recalled the cute RED dress Whitney had on that day ; ) He bought her a Reds T-shirt…. well, he treated her like a lady, something Whitney still smile about today : ) Whitney knew he was special and they have been inseparable since!
About a year later, they went to Lexington to do the usual- eat, shop, etc. but Whitney felt Michael wasn’t himself. He was rushing everywhere they went. He answered/ spoke in 2- 3 word sentences. Something Whitney wasn’t use to. Feeling upset, Whitney broke down and cried… fearing the worst. Michael reached in the back seat, going through shopping bags and pulled out a black ring box. And said, ” I love you more than words can say. I want to be with you forever. Will you marry me?” She said YES, over and over again!! AND it was a ring to definitely say YES to ; )
