Here’s Cat’s slide show for 2009. I just love the song so much I’m using it again. It’s called Masters in China by Priscilla Ahn. Enjoy!

…never goes out of style
Yes, she does it too! HAPPY thursday!
I have a thing for tea… ask anyone! Green, white, black. Jasmine, chamomile, chrysanthemum. And the latest in my collection is from TEAVANA (www.teavana.com). Gyokuro Imperial: Imagine green tea with the aroma of the ocean. And Jasmine Dragon Pearls: Light, delicate, yet powerfully soothing. I’m no tea connoisseur or expert but I love my teas. Why? They are relaxing, good for my body and soul and of course perfect for a cold afternoon.
Somethings I didn’t know about brewing a cup of GREEN tea:
1. Heat water to about 175 deg F (Not boiling water)
2. Steep for only 45 – 60 seconds (Much more the tea turns bitter)
3. Most GOOD teas can be brewed up to 3 times
4. Best way to store tea is in a tin can
I learn something new everyday! I know one thing, I’ll have a cup of tea this afternoon. Join me : )
Stay warm : )
