This yellow house is it! I was driving around Downtown Lexington looking for unique places to shoot and stumble upon this brick building painted sunny yellow. A refreshing look for drabby downtown don’t you think? And of course, it needed a red door to compliment ‘its’ personality. We started our senior shoot at this location because Nicole loves yellow. I knew when this house appeared in the corner of Broadway and 2nd Street, this was it!
After a few snap shots, we walked along 2nd Street to see what else is in store for us. All the buildings on this street is unique in its own way. Uncluttered, restored, calm, quirky at times, and definitely full of character. This also describes Nicole. A gal with a sense of uncluttered style, simple at best, and confident.
The warm sun did nothing for the cold, pre-winter morning. But I can’t complain about the ‘glow’ it provides..
In her skinny jeans.. Favorite thing in her closet at the moment!
